So many funny and memorable things come out of my daughter's mouth. I thought I'd try to document at least one thing each week. This week, you get two.
One day as I was driving w Emily, I turned to look at her sitting in her carseat, and it just hit me how much she's been growing. I told her that she was getting to be such a big girl and she responded that she didn't want to be a big girl. I asked her why, and she replied "I want you to be able to hold me forever, Mommy." Aaaahhh!
We were watching news coverage about Hurricane Ike and President Bush was issuing a statement. When Emily saw President Bush on the TV, she asked "Is he God?" (Man, did I have to bite my tongue on that one!)
